This chocolate bar is made by Trinitario cacao bean of Bali, which is the winner of Cocoa of Excellence 2017.
This chocolate is infused by Japanese Sakura Shrimp by our bespoke technique, and this is the first dark chocolate infused by Sakura Shrimp in the world. You will find the umami taste of the shrimp matches perfectly with the nutty flavour of the cacao bean.
