Made by French Rye Sourdough Wheat bread, it created salty and sweet fruit flavour with the nutty flavour of Trinitario cacao bean of Bali, which is the winner of Cocoa of Excellence 2017.
Fermentation is very important and time consuming process of sourdough production, same as the process of fermentation of cacao bean and aging process in bean to bar chocolate, it takes the right temperature, humidity and time to build up the taste and texture, and finally it creates the slightly sour and fruity flavours in the bread. The tastes and flavours of the Rye Sourdough bread are so harmony with our bean to bar chocolate, plus some crunchy texture. This is a perfect item to pair with coffee!
