Trinidad & Tobago is the first place to grow Trinitario cacao bean in the world, also where the name Trinitario came from. It's so rich in nutty and fruity flavours.
Rice Koji is the essential catalyst for making of Japanese Sake, which is also proved to have benefit for improving the cells growth of human skin.
Applied Rice Koji to ferment the cacao beans, which created sweet melon and Japanese Sake tastes and aroma besides broadened the taste profile of the original cacao bean, we spent over 6 months on developing and crafting this sumptuous flavours of unique chocolate for you!
As it needs a very long time for fermentation and manipulation on the handcrafting process, so we can only make it in very small batch and very limited production, so sorry that it has to be first come first serve.
