Ocumare cacao beans have a complex flavour profile with prominent notes of red fruits - raspberry jam, red berries, and peaches, nuts - almonds and cashews, and a delicate floral aroma, with hints of spice and caramel
We made this item as very small batch, so we packed it in small size caraque instead of a normal bar, a good size for tasting this cool item.
