One of the oldest varieties and finest flavour cacao from Venezuela. The hybrid of criollo and trinitario. Very strong in floral note, clover, red fruit like plum, carries a very special aroma of Matthiola.
 
We made this item in very limited production, and packed it in small size caraque instead of a normal bar, a good size for tasting this finest cacao item.
