We have used Macallan 12 Years Double Cask whisky as the base, aged with Trinidad & Tobago cacao beans for over 6 months.
It's so rich in flavours of cacao besides Macallan's flavours of chocolate, ginger, caramel, honey, orange peel.
This is the first cacao whisky made in Hong Kong.
Bottled in a nice glass bottle with a mountain shaped bottom, the illustration is a 9 tails Phoenix, the most supreme phoenix which can reborn in fire.
