1.Cacao Farm Visit + Bean to Chocolate and Cheese Tasting Workshop
Touring around our organic cacao farm, view the cacao flowers, pollination, roasting cacao bean, winnowing, grinding to chocolate process, tasting of craft chocolate by Arron, and tasting of fine cheese and introduction by cheese expert Joey Hau.
It's a very interesting experience to enrich your life in this journey, besides to promote the sustainability and education of importance of cacao to the world, it starts the journey of tree to chocolate in Hong Kong.
Charges per person count.
Children above the age of 5 is counted as one person, and must be accompanied by parents or adults for children below the age of 12.
Instruction of Transportation will be informed on confirmation of reservation.
Tour is subjected to weather and will be cancelled if raining heavy or yellow storm signal or above. Rearrangement of the tour will be informed.
Charges do not include insurance, transportation and mosquito repellent.
