Beer Fermented 78% Trinidad & Tobago Chocolate
Trinidad & Tobago is the mother place of Trinitario cacao bean in the world, also where the name Trinitario came from. It's so rich in nutty and fruity flavours.
We have spent over 6 months on developing and crafting this unique chocolate! Malt, hop and beer yeast are used to ferment the cacao bean before making chocolate. It added extra complexity of flavours to the chocolate, including the taste of beer on the aftertaste!
As it needs a special skill for fermentation and manipulation on the handcrafting process, so we can only make it in very small batch and very limited production.
