To integrate high water content of tea into chocolate is nearly impossible, we have taken the most complicate and time consuming method to integrate the oolong tea into chocolate finally we have broken through the difficulties, and made this tea chocolate successfully,
We applied cold brew method to enhance the fragrance and long-lasting aftertaste of the tea in the chocolate.
