It took us months to develop this unique chocolate, the major difficulty is no milk, cream and other kinds of fillings to blend the lobster into dark chocolate, another problem is removal of the fishy taste of lobster, and we have to try different cacao beans to find the best flavours to enhance the tasting profile to the lobster. Finally we have overcome all barriers and achieved this special dark chocolate!
The fine flavour of fruity, wine and sweet buttery of Ucayali cacao beans enhance the sweet and salty taste of lobster very much.
