50 years old Pu’er tea from Yunnan province of China, it is one of the rarest and expensive tea in the world. Aged Pu’er tea with Pure Nacional 85% dark chocolate like vintage wine, their unique depth and complexity of taste improves with years of aging, it turns bitter to sweet, rough to smooth after years.
Taste of the aged chocolate: the fragrance of the floral and lightly sweet is so gentle. On the palette, deep notes of dark fruit rise, with a silky undertone of raisin in rum and long aftertaste of tea and sweet wine.
It’s not easy to find the authentic 50 years old Pu’er tea nowadays, however Arron’s family has collected that rarest tea since 1960s, and his curiosity had driven him to sacrifice that tea leaves as the aging medium, fortunately the final aged chocolate product is more than our expectation ever, it becomes the rarest chocolate in the world!
