To give you pure cacao pleasure, we only use organic single origin cacao beans for our bars.  We believe cacao beans best express the flavor and aroma when they are grown organically.  We also reckon that single origin beans allow people to fully appreciate the terrior of the cacao's region.

We have chosen the finest and rarest certified organic single origin cacao beans from Peru, Ecuador, Madagascar and Venezuela for our bars: Pure Nacional from Peru Maranon, Criollo from Ecuador Manabi, Trinitario from Madagascar Sambriano Valley, Porcelana and Sul Del Lago from Venezuela...to make the rarest chocolate in the world!

We want our bars to fully reflect the cacao's terroir with no compromise, so in addition to organic cacao, only organic cane sugar is used.  

Your Dream Chocolate

For health concern, we have Low Calories and Sugar free dark chocolate, which used Organic Zero Sugar Sweetener to replace organic cane sugar in the process of chocolate production, so you could enjoy our chocolate without any fear of sugar and calories, this is your dream dark chocolate in Hong Kong.

Handmade with artisanal touch

Each bar is skilfully handmade by our chocolatier, who lets the cacao beans fully express their terroir through bespoke conching, aging and tempering. 

Conching - this is the process in which cacao beans are slowly and finely grounded at low heat to promote flavor and texture.  All our beans are subject to at least 42 hours of conching, which gives the beans the ideal richness in flavor and smoothness in texture.

Aging - this is the process during which chocolate is stored in closed containers and is given time to "breathe".  "Breathing" allows chocolate to further develop its complexity in flavor and aroma.

Tempering - this is the process to properly harden chocolate for the desired appearance and taste.  Every one of our bars goes through a meticulous tempering process by our chocolatier for the perfect sheen, snap and taste.
