Rare, Organic, Single Origin

To give you pure cacao pleasure, we only use organic single origin cacao beans for our bars.  We believe cacao beans best express the flavor and aroma when they are grown organically.  We also reckon that single origin beans allow people to fully appreciate the terrior of the cacao's region.

We have chosen three finest and rarest certified organic single origin cacao beans from Peru, Ecuador and Madagascar for our bars:

Peru - Cacao from Maranon grows at an altitude above 3,500 feet and is known for its rare white bean. it was thought to be extinct until rediscovery in recent years.

Ecuador - Manabi, a forest province in Ecuador, is populated by banana trees.  These trees shelter the cacao from sunlight and provide an ideal moist environment for its growth.

Madagascar - The soil in the Sambriano Valley is rich with nutrients carried by the Sambriano River.  The naturally sweet Cacao harvested is treasured as “Green Gold”.

Our Other Ingredients

Organic, Dairy-Free, Vegan

We want our bars to fully reflect the cacao's terroir with no compromise, so in addition to organic cacao, only organic cane sugar is used.  

All ingredients used in our bars are organic, dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free and kosher.
